Today I was on tubing duty, where guests can use a rubber tube to float down the river. We had a group of about 15 people, which consisted of adults and children.
They arrived around 10 and they were all ready in their water shoes and swimming costumes. As soon as we started to walk down it started to chuck down with rain.
As I watched them get into their tubes and start floating down the river the rain got more aggressive, it was all abit bonkers but I admire their bravery!
We had to rescue them at the end as the current was strong and the small children were not heavy enough to stop themselves. I had to get my boots completely wet to help save them!
Despite being in wet clothes all day the sun started to shine again and helped the other attendants. I got some more practice on hooking too!
Another busy day tomorrow!
